If every DAD who has been wronged by the family court system stood together, change for the better would happen. The usually unfair battles are faught in court but the laws are written by the politicians we vote for. At least in Virginia some judges are appointed and reaffirmed by the politicians we vote for. Change can happen if enough people make our voice heard with our elected officials! The more people stand up the better it gets for all Fathers and thier kids and their families.

Site Design Goals:

The internet has many forum style sites for communicating issues but the nature of the forum makes gleaning information difficult. Search engines have become less effective at finding useful information. I hope that information gathered here will help others to survive and change a very bad system.

 1. Gathering information on rules of law and guidelines in each state to help fathers defend their right to parent.

 2. Gathering reporting methods to report currupt judges, lawyers, councelours, GALs, therapists by state.

 3. Create a list of names of voters who would challange the present system by writing their legislators and voting in favor of politicians who support correcting a bad system.

 4. Organizing this information in a useful way.

  5. Make it easier for Dad's to contact and be heard by their legislator and to promote legislation that repairs or even replaces a damaged system.

How to write your legislator:

State legislation is often more important, you can find your state legislative contacts via USA.gov elected official lookup

Report Bad Judges and Lawyers -

If they do a bad job say so. If they break the laws or their standards or conduct and you can prove it report them. Currently information is only available for Virginia because gathering for every state would take substantial time. I hope to have state by state inforation if others help contribute.
